Goat cheese & strawberry sandwich
This sandwich with strawberries and goat cheese is great. If you're making these sandwiches for the whole family, it might be nice for the kids to omit the balsamic vinegar because of the acidity. Either way, we loved the crispy sandwich with Bettine's soft & mild goat cheese, the sweet strawberries and the sour balsamic vinegar. Definitely don't forget the fresh basil ... As this brings all the flavours together beautifully.
