Goat's cheese nuggets with spicy honey-orange dip
Deep-fried goat cheese nuggets with a summer dip. Ditch the simple chicken nuggets and treat yourself to these delicious vegetarian goat cheese nuggets. Say it yourself, that's so much tastier!

4 tbsp | flour |
2 | eggs |
75 g | panko |
200 g | Bettine Plain |
1/2 | orange |
1 | red pepper |
1 stalk | lemongrass |
4 tbsp | honey |
500 ml | sunflower oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan |

Preparation

- Mix the curry powder with the flour, season with salt and pepper.
- Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the eggs in a second plate and put the panko in a third plate.
- Carefully separate the goat cheese slices. Pass them first through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the panko. Place on a plate.
- Grate the zest of the orange, finely chop the red pepper and cut the lemongrass into thin rings. Mix with 2 tablespoons of orange juice through the honey.
- Heat the frying pan or oil to 180°C. Deep-fry the nuggets in portions of 5 or 6 in the oil, turning halfway through. Drain on kitchen paper.
Tip: Serve the goat cheese nuggets warm, with the sunny-side up dip.
