Flammkuchen with smoked salmon and goat cheese

Ingredients

for 2 people
1 roll of flammkuchen dough
100 g Bettine goat's cheese natural
50 g crème fraîche
1 bunch of dill
150 g smoked salmon
red onion
capers
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper

Zubereitung

  1. Roll out the flammkuchen dough on the baking sheet. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Rinse the capers in water and leave to drain.
