Wrap with goat cheese, beetroot and apple
This wrap is a little bit spicy, sweet and fresh by combining these beautiful and healthy ingredients. It is super quick and easy to make, making it ideal to take to work or school for lunch, for example.

Ingredients
for 2 persons4 wraps | No Fairytales Paprika chilli tortilla |
35 g | cooked red beets |
100 g | Bettine pearls |
100 g | iceberg lettuce |
75 g | grated carrot |
1 | apple |

Preparation

- Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the cooked beetroot into strips. Mix the beetroot, grated carrot, apple and iceberg lettuce together in a bowl, stir and season with a little pepper.
- Place a pepper chilli tortilla on a plate and divide a quarter of the beetroot, carrot, apple and iceberg lettuce mixture over the tortilla. Also spread a quarter of the Bettine goat cheese pearls over the mixture.
- Fold the top and bottom of the wrap inwards and roll up the whole wrap with the filling in the middle. Repeat these steps with the remaining tortillas.
