Ingredients
for 2 persons| 100 g | Bettine pearls |
| 150 g | smoked chicken breast |
| 1 bag | fresh spinach |
| small container | cherry tomatoes |
| 75 g | corn |
| 1 | avocado |
| handful | toasted pine nuts |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| (freshly ground) pepper |
Preparation

- Place the spinach in a bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle over the spinach along with the corn.
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle over the salad.
- Next, cut the avocado into pieces and sprinkle it over the top along with a Bettine Salad Ball.
- Finally, add the pine nuts, olive oil and pepper.
