Our milk suppliers

For over 40 years, we have relied on our amazing milk suppliers - around 60 dedicated goat farmers. They work day in, day out to keep the health and milk of their goats at peak levels. It is thanks to their extraordinary efforts that we can guarantee the unrivalled quality and taste of our goat cheese.

Quality comes first
The basis for good quality goat cheese is, of course, good, fresh goat's milk. Our milk suppliers have been supplying excellent quality goat's milk for years. The milk is analysed daily for composition and quality. In addition, all our milk suppliers comply with the standards of 'Kwaligeit', which were set up by the Dutch Goat Dairy Association.

Welcome to De Molswaerd in Bleskensgraaf! Discover Arie and Hanneke van den Bergh's beautiful goat farm, where sustainability and connection are key. Since March 2023, they have proudly supplied goat milk to the Bettinehoeve, with a thriving herd of around 600 dairy goats. Discover their passion for sustainability, the loving care of their goats and the special bond they create between farmer and citizens.

The Rijperwapen
Welcome to 'Het Rijperwapen' in Southeast Beemster: an enchanting organic goat farm and care farm. Led by Martin Waal, it proudly supplies goat milk to the Bettinehoeve with a herd of about 500 dairy goats. In addition, 'Het Rijperwapen' welcomes guests with disabilities every week, who find a warm welcome and meaningful activities here. Discover the harmony between nature, care and inclusion at this special place!

Family Combee
Since 1992, Family Combee has been a loyal supplier of goat milk to Bettinehoeve, making them the farm's longest serving milk supplier. They value animal welfare. Goats that do not gestate immediately are always given a second chance and often even a third. Sick animals are kept separately in a special room and given all the time they need to fully recover.
