Method of preparation: Bake the product in a preheated oven of 200 °C for 7-8 minutes.
Delicious cheese to serve as a starter combined with a fresh salad.



60% fresh goat’s cheese with honey (pasteurised goat’s milk, honey 12%, salt,  preservative (E202), cultures (milk), microbial rennet), 40% pastry (wheat flour, butter, water, salt).
