The basis of good quality goat?s cheese is of course good quality goat?s milk. The goat farmers that supply Bettinehoeve are responsible for this and have been supplying goat?s milk of exceptional quality for many years. The milk that they produce is analysed daily for its fat and protein content, for example. In addition they are all recognised by the quality program ?Kwaligeit?, which has been set up by all the Dutch goat's milk producers.
